PROGENY FITNESS BODY ENDURANCE

Our body endurance class focuses on using your body as your gym, utilizing very little weight and teaching you to get to know the abilities and limits of your own body. Because these classes are limited to 12 people, you will benefit from a highly personalized experience and feel as though you are in a private training session. Every individual will be assessed based on their current posture, goals, and abilities. This beginning class is perfect for those who want to jumpstart their fitness journey and become the healthy individual that they know they can be.

By concentrating on core strength, you’ll quickly improve your lean muscle and mobility, making you healthier and more athletic. Your newfound athleticism will contribute to overall endurance as you will be less prone to injury and more able to participate in the physical activities that you enjoy. Improving overall strength will help not only your muscles, but also your heart, cardiovascular system, and mind. With our Body Endurance class, you’ll gain new insights into your own strengths and weaknesses as well as learn how to hone your skills and remain confident.
