PROGENY FITNESS BODY SPRINT

This high energy class will help you to shed fat and increase your endurance. While the Body Endurance Class is focused on gaining strength and utilizing the power of your core, Body Sprint is focused on cardiovascular health using carefully selected High Intensity Interval Training and agility workouts. Again, you won’t be using many weights in this class as it uses your natural weight and movement to help you improve. This is an intensive class that is sure to tire you out, but it will all be worth it when you notice your health skyrocketing and your appearance improving by the day.

You’ll be amazed by the results this class brings you. When you first join, you may not be able to make it out of the first 10 minutes, but by the end of your training, you’ll be a whole new person with a brand-new outlook on life.
