PROGENY FITNESS BOOTCAMP

This high energy bodyweight class is performed aside the striking shores of the Santa Monica Beach at historic Palisades Park. Much like our other classes, we use very few external weights and focus on utilizing the natural weight of your body, keeping you in touch with your internal self while improving your form, posture, and strength. Through your buildup of power and mental agility you will become a better athlete and learn to keep your health at the forefront of your thoughts at all times. In addition to the nature of your own body, you will interact with the natural elements of the great outdoors such as wind, sand, and grass, providing ample resistance to help you improve strength. Stairs and hills will also be utilized to add a little extra intensity to

your workout. Our Beach Bootcamp is picturesque, intense, and satisfying! What more could you ask for than to feel great, look great, and learn new techniques all while taking in the stunning panoramic views of Santa Monica Beach? You’ll enjoy every minute of the inspiration you get from your instructors and classmates all while being motivated by the natural beauty of the shoreline.
