ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Progeny founder and fitness expert Adrien Jordan will go 1 on 1 with you to help you find and achieve your central fitness goals. You’ll receive a thorough consultation so that Adrien can work with you to determine your strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Before you even perform your first workout, you’ll know that you are on the right path towards a fitter body and healthier mind after you speak with Adrien.

You’ll decide what it is you want to change and improve about yourself and Adrien will tailor a custom regimen to help you reach your goals. With a strong focus on core strength and posture as well as positive mental attitude, you’ll be feeling better sooner than you could have ever expected. Your body and mind will work as one to bring you back to the core of your being, providing a balance that may have been lost long ago. Your training sessions can take place at the studio in Brentwood or out in the open at Palisades Park in Santa Monica, so you can choose whichever one you are most comfortable with. Your first introductory session is totally free so that we can better understand your goals and current physical fitness levels.
